House Rules – Can Sisó

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these rules:

• 🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the rooms.
• 🐕 Pets are not permitted.
• 🔇 Please respect other guests’ rest (quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.).
• 🍽️ Cooking or using personal electrical appliances in rooms is not allowed.
• 🧺 Please handle the furniture, décor and facilities with care.
• ♻️ Help us keep the environment clean and sustainable by using recycling bins.
• Any damage or loss must be reported to reception.

Bookings for the entire Can Sisó country house are managed under a non-refundable rate, designed to offer the best possible price to guests who confirm their stay in advance.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, as this is a non-refundable reservation, no refunds or date changes can be made once confirmed.

Conditions:

• Full payment for the stay is required at the time of booking.
  
  

• In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.
  
  

• If the guest decides to end their stay earlier than planned, unused nights will not be refunded.
  
  

Flexibility: In exceptional or force-majeure situations (for example, medical or family emergencies properly justified), we will do our best to find an alternative or offer new dates, depending on availability.
